Of the total fixed supply of 21 million ORB coins, approximately 0.85 million coins (4.1%) will be sold for raising funds to bootstrap the Orbitium network and the DeFi products. The sale will be to private investors.

The private sale is a unique Early Backer Offer. As part of the early backers offer the investors receive:

• 4.1% of the total ORB token supply distributed proportionately
